So this is my risk assessment again:
The first hazard was "camera crane collapsing". It was a possibility that when we were using the crane it could be turned around too careless and and some of the crew or actors could have been hurt by the end of it. As the crane itself is quite big this was hard to avoid and we had to stay aware of it for the whole filming process and we always tell people around to be careful and watch out.
Actors could have been hit by a car as they were near the road with cars moving on it. We had to stay aware of the cars that were passing by and we told our actors to be careful when they cross the road or stay near it.
Rain could started or the weather could be really bad so that our camera could have got hurt as it is a really sensible piece of equipment. Also, if the rain started the whole actor group and crew would have been wet and became ill the next day. This was a problem as we did not want the rain in our music video and we wanted the weather to be sunny and clear to suit our song that we have chosen. Ill actors wouldn't take part in the next filming, so we had to care about the weather. We always looked ahead and checked the weather forecast when were booking the equipment.
Photobombing was a problem too as we were filming in the crowded school and in town where there were a lot of students and pedestrians around. We always had to wait until the shot is clear and there is nobody in there. This was quite time consuming and actors was becoming nervous and unhappy.
Actors could not show up because we were filming our music video during studying days as well as during weekends. So our actors just wasn't let out from lessons and this created a problem that we couldn't affect. We actually spoke with some of the teachers and sometimes the let their students to go, but more often that was not the case.
